Spring Break Jamaica.....For those of you who haven't had the pleasure to visit the beautiful island of Jamaica, here is your chance to learn a little about what you have been missing out on. With the atmosphere as chill as the cool ocean breeze, the Jamaican lifestyle is one of a kind. In this vacation hot spot, the weather is beautiful, the beaches are white, and the alcohol flows like water. If this does not sound like an ideal spot to spend your spring break vacation, then you are not human.
Negril, Jamaica is one of the hottest spring break destinations on this beautiful island. Negril is thought to have gotten its name from the black cliffs that line the outskirts of the city. A number of years back, when Negril was just becoming a vacation destination, its was too difficult for ferries to navigate into the island shores so they were required to drop the vacationers off in the bay and have them wade into shore. Talk about starting a vacation off right! Don't worry though, they have fixed this problem.
One of the things that keeps the tourists coming back, it Negril's world famous beach. Negril's beach has been consistently rated as one of the worlds top ten beaches for several years. At the north end of the beach is the All-Inclusive hotels. This is where the spring break action is at. At the south end of the beach is primarily where all the smaller family run hotels can be found. Whether you are looking for a crazy party filled spring break, or a nice and relaxing vacation, Negril has it all to offer.
From personal experience, Jamaica is one of my favorite vacation spots. The people there are one of a kind and will always keep a smile on your face. The scenery is breath taking, and if you are lucky you might even catch a glimpse of world famous runner and olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt, speeding past you as you are driving. I can promise you one thing and one thing only..... By the end of the vacation you will be a Bob Marley fan. Oh, and all of you will be drug tested immediately upon your return. Ya Mon, Have Fun!
